This PR addresses the issue where the Publications dropdown menu disappears when users try to hover from the main item to the submenu items.

Changes made:

  • Added a hover bridge to maintain hover state when moving cursor to dropdown
  • Fixed the menu behavior with minimal changes to preserve layout
