Because I wasn't properly validating config this didn't get caught
Mention editing config.yaml or just resetting
Add scroll and tighen up icon margins

This brings back config validation on the client, including updating error page to allow for refreshing.
Also updates the schema and defaults so it actually passes
Also adds some global styles for buttons
