This fixes #5583
It seems the Prusa XL with 5-filament reports six tool temps, with the last being garbage. The solution (that was missing from the initial multi-filament work) is to check the user's provided printer profile (maintained in OctoPrint) for the number of extruders present and then only present the user with that many, regardless of how many the printer provides.
