Pull Request Overview
This PR removes administrative privilege advantage from dueling system and converts duels involving administrators to friendly matches instead of automatic wins. The change promotes fairness by preventing admins from having unfair advantages in bot duels.
- Removes logic that automatically grants admin users victory in mute duels
- Converts any duel involving an admin to a "friendly" type duel to remove stakes
