Dependencies (that must be running in the background)

• (Hamlib) rigctld for the radios, one instance for each radio
• (Hamlib) rotctld for the rotator, one instance for each rotator
• ham-apps-proxy-win.exe or ham-apps-proxy-win.pl (Windows) or ham-apps-proxy.pl (Linux) -- These versions supporting Hamlib are included on the Github separate repository linked below. These are NOT same as Dave's K2DW version for the POTAplus extension.
