feat: add settings window to Library

The way this window is created is identical to how the Zen Settings window is created in this PR. I am currently having issues getting the stylesheet to update in real time.

To-Do

• Add general settings for downloads, workspaces (needs to be renamed to spaces, soon), and history
• Add a modules section with the ability to control the settings for modules and their position on the sidebar
• Add advanced settings, mainly for creating a new section for right now

I see the issue now, guess copy pasting is the only solution.
