Get relay and ports switching state

Supports the new get switching state commands.

Note: This feature is only supported in YKUR boards with firmware version equal or higher than Rev.1.2.0.

To check the firmware version of a YKUR board run the following command:

ykurcmd -v

New Functionalities With YKEMB Add-On

This release adds a set of functionalities leveraging on the add-on board YKEMB which provides persistent data storage to YKUR boards.
