Profile rework and cleanup

• Consistent use of profile pointers now, no more table functions on canvas, etc.
• Only the generic (weather and epex) profiles have a profile pointer and profile forecaster (all of them now, maybe not neede).
• Basic solar now converted into solar_35degreeSouth. Also an additional Profile pointer solar_15DegEastWest has been added to the canvas. (Currently unused in the engine itself, probably need to do something with that because forecasting is now broken... .
• Additional main energyModel canvas cleanup.
