Backward Compatibility
- Old app versions (without transparent boost support) download only the shielded boost parts and ignore the
transparentsection in the manifest. No changes needed. - New app versions download the shielded boost as before, plus the lightweight transparent boost file (26 MB). Transparent addresses are instantly populated from the UTXO snapshot, then peer-based sync covers the remaining blocks.
