Brief summary of changes
This PR creates the .github/FUNDING.yml file which includes a link to the project’s Open Collective. Other platforms remain empty (GitHub ignores blank entries).
The Open Collective is linked by configuring the project name (lorisdb) as seen in the URL https://opencollective.com/lorisdb
This will enable a “Sponsor” button on the repository page to enable anyone to support the project.
