feat: add custom USDC spot and perps address for Lighter

Changes

• Custom USDC token support for Lighter: Adds support for USDC-SPOT-LIGHTER and USDC-PERPS-LIGHTER tokens with encoded asset index and route type in the token address
• Token address decoding: Extracts assetIndex (uint16, bytes 17-18) and routeType (uint8, byte 19) from custom Lighter token addresses using ethers.utils.arrayify
• Intermediary chain routing: Routes Lighter deposits through Mainnet as the intermediary chain via sponsored CCTP
