LGTM but we should have the riscv64 PR in soon so perhaps we should wait for that?
(Noting for reference when it is changed that the riscv64 one will be changed from Fedora_28 in the name to Fedora28 as well as the build number increment.

Update the devkits for all platforms except riscv64 , which is being handled seperately as it requires additional work.
