colorama is a library that enables ANSI escape code sequences on Windows versions that do not have support for them (< 10.0.10586, e.g. Windows 8), making producing colored terminal text and cursor positioning painless - either by itself or in conjunction with other ANSI libraries (e.g. rich - already included within this repo).

colorama does not have any requirements other than the standard library.

I understand there are a lot of packages included already, but this looked like an easy gain for little to no effort, especially considering the goal of cosmo-ified Python.
