💡 What: Refactored the game loop to use
poll()with dynamic timeout and immediate display updates. Also fixed the CI configuration and added atesttarget.🎯 Why: The game felt unresponsive because scores only updated on the timer tick. The UI was also cluttered by mode toggle messages.
