💡 What: Refactored the game loop to use poll() with dynamic timeout and immediate display updates. Also fixed the CI configuration and added a test target.
🎯 Why: The game felt unresponsive because scores only updated on the timer tick. The UI was also cluttered by mode toggle messages.
♿ Accessibility: Improved tactile feedback for keyboard users by providing immediate visual confirmation of keypresses.
📸 Before/After:

  • Before: Mode toggles printed new lines, score updated every 100/1000ms regardless of clicks.
  • After: Score updates instantly on click, mode status is integrated into a single padded line.

- Refactor game loop in src/main.cpp to use poll() with dynamic timeout.
- Trigger immediate display updates on user input for better tactile feedback.
- Clean up terminal output by integrating mode status into the score line.
- Fix broken Rust CI by replacing it with a C++ workflow using make.
- Add 'test' target to Makefile for automated verification.
