This submission fixes several critical and logic errors:
.github/workflows/rust.ymlwhere apermissionsblock was misplaced. Added anifcondition to skip Rust builds in this C++ repository, preventing unnecessary failures.src/main.cpp, the countdown loop was fixed to usestd::chronofor precise 1-second ticks, ensuring the game starts at the correct time even if keys are pressed during the countdown, while still allowing the user to quit immediately with 'q'.test_bitcoin.pyto catchImportErrorfor therequestsmodule and provide a clear installation instruction, usingsys.exit(1)for reliable cross-environment termination.Fixes #60
