Archetypes

archetypes is a scikit-learn compatible Python package for archetypal analysis.

Installation

Use the package manager pip to install archetypes

pip install archetypes

or install the latest version from the repository

pip install git+https://github.com/aleixalcacer/archetypes.git

Usage

from archetypes import AA
import numpy as np

X = np.random.normal(0, 1, (100, 2))

aa = AA(n_archetypes=4)

X_trans = aa.fit_transform(X)
