We now have a generic `content_block` schema, and the specific schemas are stored in the Content Block Manager application itself.

content_blockschema, and the specific schemas are stored in the Content Block Manager application itself.Now alphagov/content-block-manager#496 is merged, we can remove these remaining schemas.
