- scan 3 tsv files and make a consolidated dictionary of poets wrt their URLs as the key and a dictionary of their names in 3 languages (ie: English, Urdu, Hindi) as the value of the key respectively.
- Then convert the final dictionary into a JSON object and dump it into a JSON file.
