WithResponseTimeoutoption expects a number of milliseconds typed astime.Duration, which is not idiomatic in Go.This PR adds a new
WithResponseTimeoutDurationthat takes a propertime.Durationvalue.This preserves backward compatibility while fixing the semantic mismatch.
