This repository contains Source Data and codes of the main figures and supporting figures in the article "Giant viruses as reservoirs of antibiotic resistance genes". Source data for each figure are saved at _data/SourceData.xlsx. R scripts and the starting data for each figure are saved under each corresponding directory.
