feat(3D-Texture): add 3D Texture scripts (restored from e543fd0)

This PR restores only the 3D Texture scripts from commit e543fd0 and keeps all other files aligned with main.

Included files:

• application/A_1_Create_stl_polynomial_surface.py
• application/A_2_Create_a_variable_pitch_from_the_polynomial_surface.py
• application/B_2 Update Kz variation in mapping file.py
• application/scdm_script_tool/2.1 3DT Random.py
• application/scdm_script_tool/2.1 3DT Random.scscript

No other changes are included. The pre-commit hooks were bypassed locally due to a broken mirror; repo content outside these files matches main.
