This is a similar workflow as the one added to the apache/camel repository: apache/camel#19650
It validates that any change in the doc is valid with in syntax with using the doc local/partial build in 6 to 8 mn to execute.
It does not execute any advanced check like the dead links for now.
Please don't hesitate to give me feedback on what files path to use as filter. With all the generation used to build the doc I decided to copy the build workflow paths.
