Just for my understanding, this will make it such that the AWS S3 SDK upgrade only need to run the ozone-integration-test-s3 suites?

What changes were proposed in this pull request?
awssdk(v2) is only used inozone-integration-test-s3. Move it to that module to reduce CI for weekly version upgrades.https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/HDDS-14975
