Since we don't have any blogs other than release announcements yet on the parquet site, I wanted to figure out where they would live so that the authors didn't have to figure that out
Thus, this PR is a POC to show how the Geospatial blog Google Doc from @jiayuasu would work as markdown.
Hugo made it pretty straightforward. I think the only real question in my mind is what to call the "category" name (I used "feature" but maybe it should be something else? ("other"?)
