If a zarr asset had previously had its metadata validated, and then the zarr is updated and ingested, the existing asset metadata will be incorrect.
Set asset to pending when its zarr is ingested
Remove CLI as core dependency
Display the correct CLI and required python version in the GUI
Add required pytest marks for test_info tests
