Adds a progress tracking system for the note extraction and embedding process. The extraction now emits progress events for start, note processing, chunk processing, completion, and errors. The UI displays a real-time progress component showing current status, notes processed, chunks processed, and the current note being worked on. This provides better visibility into the extraction process, especially for large note collections.
