The
ingestsubworkflow corresponds to CLIMB ingest. There is an open proposal to remove the read binning from the ingest pipeline and instead run this process as part of a downstream pipeline. This PR should remain unmerged until the downstream pipeline is able to generate equivalent files. It contains the minimal changes required to preserve all other outputs, but skip the read binning by taxa.
