the idea was to do it like separate subtasks, but its fine you still practiced something

Добавил съм и пояснение за задачи 20 и 21 как съм го направил, в отделни 2 txt файла, заради специфики относно по-големи числа от 1-9.
За задачи 22А и 22В са кратки описания и са вклюени в техните cpp файлове.
