Description
At this moment,
client_secretproperties are required to be sent to the MyOrganization API when create and update an SSO Provider.This PR adds support to make them optional when user is editing them.
Warning
This cannot be merged until the API has implemented this change to make fields optional.
In addition, we should update the SDK with API changes before.
