It feels like there should be a way for us to re-use code from EscapeInfo (and similarly for InterIndexableFields and friends) here, but maybe not possible with how subtyping is currently supported, and ultimately not super important

This should improve the accuracy of our IPO analysis very much, at the cost of introducing new level of complexities.
