This PR fixes GitHub advisory GHSA-v6h2-p8h4-qcjw by upgrading the
brace-expansionversion from1.1.11to1.1.12where applicable.For
javascript/cluster_managementthis was a simple upgrade as there were no dependencies pinning the version.For
lambdathis required the upgrade ofaws-cdk-libfrom2.200.1to2.219.0. This upgrade included the bump tobrace-expansion@1.1.12.By submitting this pull request, I confirm that my contribution is made under the terms of the MIT-0 license.
