remove the dependency update

Issue #, if available:

• Since the github bot will update the package dependency without respecting the package-lock version, eg: Bump js-yaml from 3.14.1 to 3.14.2 #665, I made this github action to do the same thing but keep the same package-lock version, which creates chore: automated dependency updates (20251125-023657) #669
• However, the current one has couple bugs and the CI won't be triggered for the github action without a real token
• customized automation of dep update #636 here is how I try to fix the two issues mentioned above. Updated PR looks like chore: automated dependency updates (20250925-174704) #643
• BUT, it's still not perfect, it only detect and apply the fix to package-lock.json, but package.json, which maybe a worse issue.
• And same as other actions, if you don't merge the PR, it keeps creating the same PR every day.
• Thus, remove the action for now, keep the PR above, it still has its value, but we need to make it better before we can fully use it.
