日記の詳細ページにinclude_customizesを付けるためにop_include_boxを利用して変更した版です。
PC版は公開フラグの表示位置がタイトルバーの下に変更になり、携帯版は見た目上の変化なしです。
※日記拡張系プラグインを作っている私のわがままpull reqなので優先度低くで構いません。
