Expanded both AWS monitoring guides from thin config references to comprehensive guides with metrics tables, alert thresholds, troubleshooting, and FAQ schema.
Added Performance Insights coverage for RDS, slow log setup for ElastiCache, and fixed CloudWatch Logs receiver names in both.
