Weekly upstream sync (upstream already at v3.3.15, no new commits). Updated
@btst/stackpeer dep to>=2.7.0. Fixed better-auth 1.5.x compatibility issues caused by the@btst/stack@2.7.0→@btst/db@2.1.0→better-auth@1.5.4dependency chain: upgradedbetter-auth/@better-auth/passkeydevDeps to^1.5.5, added@better-auth/api-key(split out from core in 1.5.x), fixedpermission→permissionsAPI rename, addedOrganizationtype annotations for implicit-any callbacks, addedisRefetchingtoAuthHook, and used pnpm overrides to pinzod@4.3.6/better-call@1.3.2to single versions (eliminating TS2742/TS7056 DTS errors). Bumped package version to 1.2.3 (patch bump).
