Low risk: changes are limited to demo app dependency/version updates and lockfile refreshes, with no product code changes.

Overview
Demo apps now target @btst/stack@^2.7.0. This updates package.json dependencies across the demos (e.g., ai-chat, blog, cms, form-builder, kanban, ui-builder).

Lockfiles are refreshed accordingly, pulling in the new @btst/stack resolution and updated transitive dependencies (notably newer better-auth/better-call and related packages).
