This PR removes the external dependencies to docker.io and user podman with docker aliases from Ubuntu 22.04.
As podman is not searching for images on docker.io we have to add the search via file
/etc/containers/registries.conf.d/bigbluebutton.conf
podman is fully compatible to docker.
This PR also removes the old static docker-compose which is hardcoded in bbb-install.sh.
