Added query params to pagination helper
Changed Model.count({where:where},...) which doesn't work to Model.count(where,...) which does.
In order for co-pagination to work with Bootstrap v3.1.1, the 'pagination' class must be added to the ul, not the div. See http://getbootstrap.com/components/#pagination
