when i try to pip install this, sometimes it wont include the readme and so it wont install. i am not sure exactly why....

I went ahead and published this as
forgettableon PyPi, because I am using it currently with an external project and couldn't wait for this to be merged and you guys to publish it. I am happy to hand overship of that python package to anyone who wants it.Also I set the maintainor as myself, because I wasn't sure what email to use for the bitly team, and will also happily change that to whatever you want.
