Context
When merging Gateway into this monorepo in:
blockfrost-gatewayto this monorepo #464… I put certain parts of the Gateway behind
#[cfg(windows)]pragmas, but it turns out that making it work is not that hard.So no more
#[cfg(windows)]noise incrates/gateway/.
