Boost releases and betas are published on the 2nd Wednesday on the month. On a schedule, these github actions workflows will increase the size of the AWS instance (admin-server) that day at 1am, so more CPU is available.
Weekly, every Sunday night, the instance is reduced back to a smaller size.
The workflow may be triggered manually also. Go to https://github.com/boostorg/release-tools/actions , find the Resize Action, and run it from the browser.
Further optimizations are possible.
I will merge this PR and test.
