Redesign the core structure to use Gradle

This PR aims to replace the old existing file structure from Maven to Gradle as well as changes in how the version numbers are schemed

Due to quite a bit of the backend being changed, it will not be merged into the main branch until it's tested and any issues are reported.

Current Changes:

• There are no longer any version specific jar files, instead they are all merged into an uber jar (SimplePets.jar)
• VersionTranslator has been changed and refactored to a different system so it should be easier to change specific methods around for each version
• version schema changed from 5.0-BUILD-291 to the new format R5-B291
