This PR updates the config repo to work cleanly across both Claude and Codex skill directories. It extends install/sync behavior to manage skills in both ~/.claude/skills and ~/.codex/skills, including add/remove/status/validate/undo flows and backup handling. It also renames project-facing docs to Agent Config and adds AGENTS.md as the source-of-truth document, with CLAUDE.md now symlinked to AGENTS.md. Test coverage was updated for the dual-directory behavior and validation paths.
