merge masterto bring in changes fromsdelements/django-securitytox -epep8will passpython-dateutil==2.8.1 -> python-dateutil>=2.8.1to allow for projects depending on more modern versionsNote: this was tested against Python 3.9 and Django 2.2/3.2 by editing
