feat: update getting started

Description

Update getting started page to properly align with updated tools (merobox, merod, meroctl) and with properly updated examples

Comprehensive rewrite of docs/getting-started/index.md to align with current tooling and workflows.

• Adds detailed installation steps for merobox (primary), and optional merod/meroctl, including prerequisites (Docker, Python, pipx, Rust, Node) with versions
• Expands local network instructions with tabbed sections, status/logs examples, and Docker note
• Introduces end-to-end app development paths: template, core example, and from-scratch Rust (including Cargo.toml, src/lib.rs, custom build.rs, and build.sh)
• Adds steps to install WASM apps on nodes via merobox or meroctl, create contexts, and call mutate/view methods (with example outputs)
• Updates examples section with more core apps and application examples; refreshes FAQs (authentication now includes user/password)
