Currently MicroOVN can be stuck on "waiting for MicroOVN waitready", while it is in fact waiting for the cluster to be set up and waitready has succeeded Signed-off-by: MJ Ponsonby <mj.ponsonby@canonical.com>
Currently we have the ovsdb relation exposed giving access to the database without the requisite certificates to use it set up, so we ensure we have this before exposing the ovsdb relation. Signed-off-by: MJ Ponsonby <mj.ponsonby@canonical.com>
