- Bump snap base from core24 to core26
- Bump version from 2025.1 to 2026.1
- Update Python target from 3.12 to 3.14
- Update PYTHONPATH in snapcraft.yaml for python3.14
- Update requires-python, classifiers, and black target-version in pyproject.toml
- Regenerate uv.lock against Python 3.14 (upgrades coverage, mypy, ruff, pytest, packaging, and others)
- Switch snapcraft plugin from python to uv to fix ensurepip unavailability in the devel build environment
