Introduce the Unified Liquidity Hub and white-label private stablecoin framework proposal by Triple Play Labs. The hub creates Canton's first institutional liquidity clearinghouse using Daml Finance KYC-bound Custody Vaults with an EVM Virtual Blockchain routing contract, enabling regulated institutions to pool collateral and route liquidity to whitelisted DeFi protocols via a standardized CIP-56 compliant stablecoin — starting with Aave Horizon as the reference integration.
