Summary

This proposal requests funding for an open-source provider-side verification and diagnostics toolkit for CIP-0104 traffic-based app rewards on the Global Synchronizer. It gives featured app providers a self-serve way to replay, inspect, and explain provider-level reward outcomes from published data without modifying Canton, Scan, SV apps, or Daml reward logic.
