minor changes was done to Dockerfile cause the existing Dockerfile fails to build the project. Docker image build, sign & push on ghcr added on each push, pull request or tag creation on main branch. Release Artifact generation added so from now on each Release can be tagged and the artifacts automatically will be genarated for windows, linux & darwin OSs for both amd64 & arm64 architectures.
All above tested on go 1.18 & 1.19.
